Gorey RFC U10s away to Tullow RFC

On a bitterly cold Sunday morning Gorey RFC U10s travelled to Tullow RFC. 

Thankfully it stayed dry & despite the cold we had good numbers for this away fixture in which two 12 a side games were played.

Tullow, as is per usual, provided very tough opposition for the Gorey lads.

Both these fixtures were very low scoring games but were still very exciting fare as the quality of tackling, rucking & mauling from both sides was great to see & all played their part.

Fine tackles were put in by Gavin McNulty, Lee Cushe, Cathal Byrne & in particular by Vinny Porfiri.

Although on a tight pitch, facing good opposition, some fine line breaks were made by Enda McCrea, John Milne, Brian Cushe, Adam Doyle, Rian Fitzpatrick, Aoife Wafer & Tadhg Baxter.

John Kenny, Max McCabe, Ross O Loughlin & Rory Tubritt did very well around the ruck.
