CONSTRUCTION WORK TO BEGIN ON CLUB EXTENSION

But we need your help!

We are delighted to announce that work will begin in the next couple of weeks on the much anticipated extension to the rugby club.

This new extension will include four extra-large changing rooms, two new sets of showers, referee and physio rooms, as well as new public toilets, including a disabled toilet. It will provide first class facilities for all players now and into the future.

We are able to commence this next phase of the club's development plans in large part due to the support of those members who subscribe to our RUGGO draw and we'd like to say a big thanks to all of those that continue to subscribe to this vital fundraising initiative. All funds raised through the Ruggo draws are ring-fenced for such capital investment in the club and not for the day-to-day running expenses.

The other key fundraiser that we had for this project is our Monster Car Draw, which has been greatly impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Because of the restrictions we have been unable to get out to sell tickets for this crucial fundraiser. We had to postpone the draw date, but we can now confirm that THE DRAW WILL NOW BE MADE ON FRIDAY 18th DECEMBER.

So, we're calling on each and every member of the club and their families to PLEASE BUY ONE TICKET EACH for the draw to allow us to complete the work on the new extension.

If we can get sufficient tickets sold for this draw, we will then be in a position to complete the new extension, both externally and internally, and have it up and running in the New Year.
