2012 MINIS AWARDS PRESENTATIONS

The 2012 Gorey RFC Mini's Awards Presentations took place on Sunday 6th May immediately before the May Day Fun Day.

Over 200 Minis Players waited in anticipation for the announcements of their teams' awards for "Most Improved Player" and "Player of the Year". However, in truth every single player deserved an award for all of their commitmment, hard work and great play over the last year. All of the players now move up a year and look forward to next season to build on the great skills and teamwork that they developed this season. 

Special plaques were also given to each member of the Under 12s team in recognition of them bringing home the Connemara Cup to the club in what is their last season as Minis, as they move up to the Youths Section next season.

A great day was had by all, followed by all of the fun of the May Day.

We look forward to seeing everyone back for the new 2012/13 Season in September.
