Gorey under 14's returned to pre-season training last Monday with a full squad turnout getting through a light session of new drills and fitness work.

Then on Saturday morning last, we trained in blazing sunshine on Ballymoney beach with the lads working very hard on their drills and fitness to start, followed
by some fun volleyball and a well earned swim and BBQ to finish off a fantastic morning's work.  Well done lads!

To all the parents who made it down, as always it was very much appreciated.
